La Rosa is a detached cottage set within the grounds of Cortijo Rosal and can be rented as additional accommodation with el Rosal to sleep 2 more people. It has a large south facing living room with sofa, wicker chairs, wood burner, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen separated by shelf units. The kitchen has a gas cooker (hob & oven), fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle, granite work top and washing machine.

 There is a lobby which leads to the bathroom and bedroom.  The bedroom faces west and has twin beds, hanging cupboard, chest of drawers and mirror, a fan is provided for summer and a heater for winter.  The bathroom has w.c., bath with shower over, basin, mirror and shaver point.

Because the cottage is insulated and has a wood burner it is suitable for all year round holidays. Outside there are two patios, the one at the rear of the cottage is very secluded and has a table, chairs and barbecue for the summer, the other at the front looks out over the garden and is shaded by an olive tree and vine.
